You can order products on this website (1) online or (2) by telephone. If you have placed your order online, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. An automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

Prices

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items, which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund any money you have paid.

Payment

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo or JCB card. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The prices displayed on our web site are in Pounds sterling.

We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order.

Delivery

We can deliver goods to destinations within the EU only.

We aim to deliver goods within 5 days in most circumstances.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. You will be able to cancel your order up to the time of despatch.

Order Cancellation

In accordance with EC Directive's and UK Law, we provide a 7 day cancellation period starting from the day after the goods are received (a cooling off period), during which you have the right to cancel your order for any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us.

Returns

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Flavour. However, if you do experience any problems whatsoever then please don't hesitate to contact us. We aim to keep this process as simple as possible.

Faulty Goods

Faulty items can be returned to us within 60 days of the date of purchase. Products will be inspected by us and sometimes by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds will be given within 30 days of the agreement to refund.

The returns number you are issued must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or packet and the completed returns form inside and sent to the address below. Returns forms were included with your purchase but if you require another then please print off a copy from the link below. Items sent back without a returns number will not be accepted.

Videos and DVDs will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Magazines also cannot be accepted. Skateboard setups are custom made to the customers order and therefore cannot be returned. In addition, snapped or cracked boards usually occur when your foot is in the wrong position when landing a trick or grab. Unfortunately, if this happens we cannot replace your broken board. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. You can also return goods to either of our stores but you must have proof of purchase, invoice/receipt with you.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Non-Faulty Goods - Incorrect size, colour, not what customer expected

These can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase as long as the product has not been worn/used and that all tags are still attached.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data, consequential loss in circumstances which are beyond our control.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
